1. No Contracts: While you can cancel your service at anytime with 24 hours notice, we do have a 4 cut minimum to qualify for our reduced prices.
If canceling before meeting the minimum cuts, a $30.00 fee applies. *Does not apply to one-time cuts*

2. All Mowing is Done with Appropriate Size Equipment: Mulching your lawn clippings is the preferred way to mow your lawn, extremely beneficial. We pay particular attention to the size of the equipment used on your lawn so that large commercial mowers are being used on properties that can be cut with a 21" mower. All lots under 15,000 sq feet will be cut with 21" Mulching mowers. See our PRICING page which details what equipment we will use depending on your lot size.

3. Easy Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover credit cards and debit cards. Using our automated billing system we will bill your credit or debit card the day following your service. This minimizes our administration workload and keeps our prices as low as possible. Due to the differences in posting for all credit and debit cards, the date of the charge and day of service may differ. No bills to open, no more checks to write. Our billing system will automatically bill your credit card of choice the day after your service.

4. Scheduled Days: We give you a scheduled day and we will be there. Schedule delays only occur due to weather, in which case your cut will be rescheduled for the following day. You can check our website NEWS page for any potential delays

Our Service Includes: Mowing with a 21" mulching mower (or larger mower depending on lot size), maintaining the edges on all concrete walks, blowing off all areas and trimming any areas not accessible with our push mowers. If your walks have not been edged in the past and are over-grown, we will not attempt to edge them. However, you may call and ask to have this service done (additional cost), afterwards we will maintain the edges.

6. Seasonal Renewals: We will automatically renew your account from year to year, season to season until you call or email us to cancel your service. We start mowing approximately the 1st week of April and continue until the first week of November. For the exact season starting date, check our website.

7. No Up Sells: You will NEVER receive a call from us trying to sell you another service. We just cut grass, that's what we are good at and that's all we do.
